At the end of May we said a sad goodbye to Jenny and Colin who have been part of our fellowship for nearly ten years. We send them to their new home nearer to their daughter and back to their old friends with our blessing. They will be sorely missed.
We had a very enjoyable lunch at Ruth’s home, out in the garden in the sunshine. It got so warm we were having to find hats for everyone! A delicious ploughmans lunch followed by strawberries and cream were enjoyed by folk from our fellowship and the wellbeing cafe.Thank you Ruth for hosting us and reading that lovely poem you wrote especially for the occasion.
