We had an amazing afternoon at Messy church this month. New families turned up, families who hadn’t been for a while as well as our regular attenders. It was great to see so many. Our theme was about using old things to make new, so we used rubbish to make Christmas tree deorations. Pop along to the village hall to see what a great job all the children did. We had fun playing games and used up some energy, we had sparklers, thankfully the smoke alarms didn’t get set off. We also learnt a bible verse” If anyone belongs to Jeuse they will be made new.” Don’t forget that there is a prise if any of the children can repeat the verse at our next Messy Church in December. There was plenty of singing and the whole afternoon was rounded off with pizza and chips.
